Liberty is art
Behind the Method is an exclusive art collection born from a collaboration between artist Katie Hough and renowned horseman Ben Atkinson. Inspired by Ben’s life with horses, his passion for liberty and the philosophy at the heart of his work, the collection offers a glimpse into the world behind the Ben Atkinson Method.
Featuring a carefully curated range of original equestrian artwork, it celebrates the remarkable horses who have shaped Ben’s journey, capturing their individual personalities, beauty and spirit. Each piece tells a story, bringing to life the moments, relationships and quiet understanding that make these horses so extraordinary.
More than a celebration of horses, it is a tribute to the timeless bond between horse and human, a bond deepened through understanding and expressed through art in the Behind the Method collection.
